PROJECT ENGINEER Job reference: 11/2013
The successful candidate will work with the Design and Production teams to project manage assemblies, provide assistance to the project manager and work closely with Engineering and Operations to create and disseminate technical bulletins, internal procedures and other documentation as required.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
• Good Microsoft Office, Excel in particular etc.
• Visual Basic, VBA programming desirable
• Good problem solving tactics
• Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering is desirable
• Qualification in Computing, with Programming knowledge desirable

PLM DEVELOPER Job reference: 12/2013
We are seeking a PLM Project Manager/Systems Architect to program and project manage the specification and implementation of Team Centre, working with Siemens. Providing strategic vision on how best to use PLM, and working closely with design and production the successful candidate will administer hardware and software, manage user expectations and coordinate support and mentoring.

Essential Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or IT or similar level of knowledge and experience.
• Proven extensive experience in PLM processes and applications, ideally, Siemens Team Centre.
• Experience of deploying complex software within an engineering environment.
• Proven understanding of process and Data modelling techniques and tools.
• High levels of competence in programme and project management.

MATERIALS PLANNER Job reference: 13/2013
Working within the Production Team, the successful candidate will accurately plan and order externally manufactured components of the car to meet the demands of the business. The successful candidate will be highly process driven, and have experience using ERP systems, MRP methodology, and knowledge of BoM structures, is CAD literate and has a background in F1, Automotive or Aerospace.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
• A proven engineering background in either F1, Automotive or Aerospace
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Materials Planning
• Experience with using integrated ERP system desirable
• Experience and understanding of MRP methodology preferred but not essential
• Knowledge of BoM structures, Build sequencing and assembly methods essential
• Ability to read CAD drawings is essential
• Proficient in use of ERP systems, SAGE X3 would be an advantage but not essential
• Advanced level of MS Excel and Access is required
• Understanding of BoM creation

TECHNICAL BUYER Job reference: 14/2013
Working as part of a close knit team with excellent communication and negotiation skills, the technical buyer will liaise with all relevant areas of the business to ensure our components are sourced and procured on time and to exact specification.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience of working in a procurement team within a motorsport/automotive/aerospace or other high tech industries is essential.
• Proven experience of purchasing composite/tight tolerance complex metallic components is essential.
• Experience of integrated purchasing/ERP systems would be advantageous.
• Proven experience of ERP systems would be an advantage.
• Educated to A-Level or equivalent.
• Ability to read/interpret technical drawings.
• Proficient at using Microsoft office, particularly excel and outlook.
• Proven experience of negotiating and excellent communication skills.

LASER-ETCHER - JUNIOR INSPECTOR Job reference: 15/2013
Reporting to the Inspection Manager, successful candidates will provide a first class inspection service by following drawings and specifications to inspect components. Candidates must have experience in a similar role within a motorsport or aerospace environment.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years in similar role or ending college / university engineering course
• Must possess a positive attitude and display the ability to identify alternative solutions to problems
• May be required to work extended hours, or weekends
• Well organised with excellent administration skills
• Thrives within a team environment
