FACTORY ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN Job reference: 10/2013
The successful candidate will be responsible for the manufacture of electrical and electronic hardware working closely with the Electronics Engineer, assisting with the support of both on and off car electronic systems using their thorough knowledge of MIL specification wiring, Motorsport/Aerospace connectors and heat shrink moulded parts. Knowledge of sensing technology and experience in the fault-finding of complex electronic systems would be highly advantageous. Candidates will be required to have proven motorsport (preferably F1), Aerospace or military experience in a similar role.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
• Proven ability to create wiring systems using Raychem products and motorsport connectors.
• Knowledge of sensor technology.
• Electronic hardware design experience involving basic digital and analogue systems.
• Very resilient and proven ability to work under pressure within a faced paced F1 environment and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of delivering and reporting consistent excellent results to tight deadlines
